FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders take 3-5 business days to process and will ship via USPS priority shipping, which takes 1-3 days, depending on location. At this time, we do not ship via other carriers or offer expedited shipping options.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, we can’t fulfill special requests to ship internationally.

WHAT IF MY GIFT BOX DOESN'T GET TO THE ADDRESS I SHIPPED IT TO?

Once a gift box's tracking number is active and functional, and we can see that it's been delivered, it’s the carrier’s responsibility. During peak shipping times (ie: holidays), there are often shipping delays that are out of our control. Your package may be delayed or returned if there were typos in inputting a recipient’s shipping addresses, change of addresses, closed businesses, or mail unable to received in an apartment building.  

 

WHAT IF MY GIFT BOX SAYS IT'S BEEN DELIVERED, BUT THE RECIPIENT NEVER GOT IT? 

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If possible, we advise shipping to a business address rather than an apartment building without security. In the case of residential addresses, we always advise that the recipient checks the entire perimeter for their package.


IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

No, we're not Amazon. We offer flat rate shipping of $8. All of our gift boxes via USPS priority shipping.

 

ARE BOXES AVAILABLE TO SHIP 24/7/365?

No, we’re still human over here! There may come a time when our founder / janitor / order processor will be traveling for her day job or on a much deserved vacation. During this time, it will be clearly marked on our website that orders will be delayed or we won’t be accepting orders during specific dates.

 

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All products are sold on a non-returnable basis unless damaged. Returns require prior authorization from ARISE. If you've received damaged merchandise, please send photos to kristen@helloarise.com for replacements. 

 

DOES THE ARISE GIFT BOX SHIP AS SHOWN?

Yes. Gift boxes come in a white glossy box featuring our slogan (shine bright again) and tied with a teal satin bow. Our boxes are meant to be kept or reused.

AS A GIFT, I DON'T WANT A RECEIPT OR ANY PRICE TAGS.

We never include receipts or inventory / packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are meant to be a gift. In terms of prices, none of our products have price tags.

WHAT’S INSIDE EACH GIFT BOX?

Please visit our shop for a description of each box. All of our boxes include our custom meditations and yoga flows which is accessed digitally.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ORIGINAL BOX GRIEF AND BURNOUT OPTIONS?

The difference between the boxes are the card options and the purpose behind each product listed on one of the boxes inserts. For grief the candle is to "light your path forward", for burnout it is to "brighten your day". For grief the salt bath is to "wash away your sorrows", for burnout it is to "wash away your stress". All other purposes behind the other products are the same.

DOES THE GIFT BOX COME WITH A CARD OR NOTE?

Yes, each gift-box comes with a hand-written, custom-designed card. At checkout, simply select which card you’d like and provide us with your message in the box provided. We have one card option for grief and two for burnout, however, do pick whatever card you think is right for your loved one.

 

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF YOUR GIFT BOX?

The original is 10" x 10" x 4", the others are 8" x 8" x 3".

 

CAN I CUSTOMIZE A BOX?

No, at this point in time we only offer the one gift box that we’ve hand-curated.

 

We also reserve the right to cancel any order that circumstances deem necessary.
